This is a now page: a snapshot of what has my attention at the moment, not a running blog. If we last spoke a while ago, this is the honest catch-up.
Work
Most of my time goes to BeyondChats, the patient-intelligence platform I co-founded. We help hospitals and clinics turn website visits and messages into real conversations, and turn those conversations into patients who actually show up. Right now the focus is getting that into more Indian hospitals and making the everyday operations around it, the reminders, the queues, the follow-ups, genuinely better rather than just automated.
Writing
I am writing the Selling AI to Indian Hospitals field guide in public: how procurement really works, who signs, what a converting pilot looks like, and the data questions every hospital asks. Alongside it I am building a set of notes on the operations problem hospitals actually feel, from patient flow to no-shows. The messier lessons and the numbers go into the monthly letter, not the public posts.
Thinking about
How to sell and deliver AI in Indian healthcare without overpromising: where software genuinely moves a number, and where it cannot and should not pretend to. That honest line is most of what I try to write about here.
Also on my plate
A few threads run alongside the main one. I am freelancing as webmaster for more than ten sites and running an experiment across them: an AI engine that tries to lift their traffic, engagement, and returning visitors. This blog is one of the test beds. In whatever time is left I keep a small coding project going, usually something that solves a problem I hit myself. And I stay close to a few schools I have given computers to, helping the kids there get future ready with real digital skills.
If any of this is your world too, the best next steps are the field guide or the monthly letter below.
