Why I’m writing this blog

For years I’ve written in scattered places — a Medium post here, a long message to a friend there, a note to myself at 2 a.m. that never saw daylight. This blog is my attempt to bring it all home.

I’m Pankaj. I grew up in Lucknow, I build from Mumbai, and I spend most of my days as Co-Founder & CEO of BeyondChats, where we’re using AI to change how businesses talk to the people who visit their websites. But this space isn’t really about BeyondChats. It’s about the thinking behind the building.

What you’ll find here

I’m curious about a lot of things, and I’d rather write honestly across them than pretend to be a single-topic expert. So expect a mix:

• Entrepreneurship — the real, unglamorous mechanics of building a company.
• Tech & AI — what’s actually changing, and what’s just noise.
• Healthcare — because some of the hardest, most worthwhile problems live here.
• Geopolitics — the forces that quietly shape everything we build.
• Life — the part that doesn’t fit neatly into any of the above.

Who this is for

Mostly, I’m writing for two kinds of people. Builders — because I learned almost everything I know from founders who shared openly, and I want to pay that forward. And anyone trying to understand how I think — including the investors and partners I’ll work with over the coming years.

I won’t always be right. I’ll change my mind in public. That’s the point. The most impactful stories tend to have humble beginnings — so let’s begin.
